Eligibility
- Offer applies to pets receiving dermatology treatment or follow-up care at the clinic.
Free ear cytology is only available on a follow-up visit, not the initial consultation.
Timeframe
Campaign is valid from Monday 2 March to Saturday 18 April 11.59am 2026, inclusive.
Appointments must be booked and completed within these dates to qualify.
Discounts
10% off dermatology-related products applies only to products purchased in-clinic during the campaign period.
20% off FNA (Fine Needle Aspirates) applies to diagnostic procedures performed in-house during the campaign period.
Non-Transferable
Offers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Limitations
Free ear cytology is limited to one per pet per follow-up visit.
Product discounts are subject to availability.
Payment
Any standard consultation fees or additional treatments not included in the offer must be paid at the time of service.
Clinic Discretion
The clinic reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
The clinic also reserves the right to refuse the offer if terms are not met.
